Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available: Starter at €179/year, Pro at €799/year, and Business at €2,239/year - saving you up to 25% compared to monthly billing.
How do incident responder seats work?
Each plan includes a set number of incident responder seats at no extra cost (Starter: 2, Pro: 5, Business: 10). Additional responders are billed per seat: €4/month (€40/year) on Starter, €7/month (€70/year) on Pro, and €12/month (€120/year) on Business.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account stays active but in read-only mode. No data is lost. Simply add a payment method to resume full access.
